Banquet Menu 1

Our Banquet Menu's are specialy crafted to provide you with a sit down 3 course meal. They are for large parties for any occasion, minimum of ten people. There is a minimun of 48 hours notice and a pre order requirement if you are having one of the banquet menu's.

Starters

Cream of leek and potato soup topped with granary croutons

Smooth chicken liver pate flavoured with brandy served with warm toast

Chilled pearls of melon with exotic fruits and mango Coulis

Main Courses

Breast of chicken in a rich red wine sauce enhanced with baby onions, mushrooms and bacon

Baked fillet of cod topped with a herb crust set on a white wine and dill cream

Medallions of pork tenderloin presented with a port wine and whole mustard seed jus

All main dishes are served with a selection of fresh vegetables and Roast potatoes

Desserts

Chocolate profiteroles with a warm chocolate sauce

Individual apple strudel set on crème Anglaise

Fresh fruit salad
